Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you request a demo we collect the details you type into the form: your name, work email, institution, phone number if you give it, the type and size of your institution, and your message. We use them only to reply to your request and arrange a walkthrough.

We count page views with a privacy-preserving analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify you. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes it

The form is delivered to our inbox by a form-forwarding service acting on our behalf. The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete it within twelve months of our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing toinfo@evokelabs.io. Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, governs how we handle it.
